Description
Gramsci 79 is a bright apartment located on the seafront of Santa Margherita Ligure.
The property is managed as a short-term rental by our agency, which also oversaw the Home Staging project.
In the project, most of the existing furniture was retained and integrated with carefully selected decor elements to enhance the colors of the stunning trompe-l'œil that dominates the living area.
Three different render options were presented to the client for each room.
In this case, the client chose Proposal A, which featured a classic style with a color palette of powder blue and burnt sienna.
For the walls, which were completely plastered and repainted, a warm cream shade was selected. This color echoes the tones of the trompe-l'œil, warming up the space and making it inviting and cozy.
